Clients Review

Cindy
My experience interning with Wellness Within has been truly transformative and enriching. Having attended two internships with this incredible organization, I gained invaluable insights into the field of psychology. The assignments were not only highly informative but also thought-provoking, challenging me to think critically and apply my learning effectively.

The internships bridged theoretical knowledge with real-world applications, deepening my understanding of psychology’s practical impact. A special mention goes to Rachel Ma’am, whose unwavering encouragement, patience, and readiness to address every doubt made the learning process both supportive and inspiring.

Her guidance created a safe space to grow and explore, fueling my passion for psychology. I am immensely grateful for these opportunities and would love to continue being a part of Wellness Within’s journey, because of the top notch quality of service they provide.

The wellness within fellowship was nothing less than transformational. I would highly recommend this course for anyone who is a fresher.

This felt like a safe space to explore my grounding as a therapist. The introduction to therapies also helped me understand how to use various therapy modalities in practice. The supervisors also offered great support and reflection of my practice. The slow introduction of clients helped me not feel like I was thrown in the deep end. The knowledge gained here played a huge role in getting a lot of job opportunities.

Really grateful for Rachell maam to have made this fellowship for budding therapists.

There's so much I could say about the low cost options but in short, they kept me going at a time where I had no hope for anything else. And meeting Ridhi through this has been such a privilege. She's wonderful at her job and I have nothing but love for her and her work.

I attended pro bono therapy sessions as I was a student last year. It was super helpful. Glad I took the help. Before the session, I was someone who overthinks a lot.

I had a lot of traumatizing experiences from childhood. My therapist was the one who counselled me and she gave me a few tips as to how I can stop overthinking and it helped me so much. She also made me realise that not all things are under my control.

I’m thankful that I got this help at the right time.

I am so grateful to you for doing these sessions so regularly.

It has helped me in ways I cannot explain. In a way where I am today is because of what I gained from these sessions.

I always share your stories with people around me too, to avail these services. I’m sure someone must have taken it up. You are changing so many lives for the better.

Yashi, thank you so much for all the help. I'm in a much better place than when I started. Of course, there are issues for me to work through, but your insights and observations hit the nail on the head.

I love how observant you are, and how quickly you identify patterns and help me dig deeper into understanding them, making me ask questions to myself.
Therapy Attendee
Yashi is really patient, a wonderful listener and makes sure all points are duly noted while I’m sharing my concerns.

I also love the way we explore my issues and try to understand it from all possible angles to determine the best course of action to make things smoother for me.

I truly appreciate how impartial her responses are; she tries to give her views on them from a neutral standpoint which makes it really easy to form my own opinion on.

I have been in therapy with Dr. Rachel for over 2 years now, and I can say that she is simply the best. Dr. Rachel is easy to reach (literally just a text away), approachable and has helped me through some of my toughest times in finding strategies that work for me.

She has taught me the importance of perspective shifts, hope and resilience and has helped me find the same within me.

We recently had the pleasure of collaborating with Dr. Rachel for the first time on our emotional well-being initiative, and it turned out to be a wonderful success. She brought deep expertise in the field and delivered a highly engaging virtual session. What truly stood out was the way she responded to employees’ questions — with thoughtfulness, clarity, and actionable guidance. We’re already looking forward to partnering with her again in the future.

What kind of therapy is right for me?

The right therapy depends on your needs. Once you discuss your goals with your therapist, you can explore what approach they may have in mind and you can brainstorm with them to figure out what can work best for you.

You can seek therapy if you’re struggling to manage emotions, relationships, or life challenges, or if you want personal growth. Early intervention often leads to better outcomes. As such, anytime is a good time to start therapy as the primary goal of therapy is to help you know yourself better and explore wellbeing and that is always relevant.

Therapy is a process, and finding the right approach or therapist can take time. Be open with your therapist, talk about how you are feeling, and don’t hesitate to explore other options if needed, including asking for referrals.

Therapy duration varies as it is a process and that comes with its own trajectory. Progress depends on goals, consistency, and your unique journey. There are some clients who would need just one session, while others may require more. This is can be decided with your therapist.

Yes, online therapy can be just as effective as in-person sessions. Online therapy provides flexibility, accessibility, and privacy through video calls tailored to your comfort.

Ideally, we request you to book a session well in advance, however, not later than 24 hours prior to the session slot, as it helps in managing the slots better.
